Families and Coaches:
If you do not have the Team Manager app already, download and install to your smart phone of choice (available for iOS and Android). NOTE: This is not to be confused with the sister app, Game Changer. The Team Manager con looks like this: Once installed, you must create an account with the email address that MATCHES the same email that was used for the website registration. (If you already have a TM account, you can use the as long as the email MATCHES).
NOTE: If both parents were added as contacts during registration (primary and secondary), then both can utilize Team Manager with their OWN accounts (emails).
Now that you are in the app using the correct email, the team should prompt for auto import (if not, click the "+" button to add a team and click "import SportsConnect"):
The team should now be available and will show the roster and staff as well as the calendar of events. To sync the calendar with your digital calendar of choice, click the setting and "sync calendar" or follow the instructions from this link.
Have a Spouse? Best practice is to add them as a secondary account in the SLL website so they get also receive league wide updates. As mentioned, they will then be able to log into their own Team Manager account. To add additional account, follow these simple instructions:
IF you get an error that no team is found on import, contact your coach to check that you are listed as a family contact for the player in the app. IF NOT, they can add you based on email.
Feel free to add other extended family members (not in the website already) direct in the Team Manager app, so that they can follow along live scoring via integrated Game Changer.
IMPORTANT: Please use the attendance feature for practices and games either way (going or not going) so that coaches can make sure there are enough players for a game.
To Coaches Only: - Use the Team Manager app for all communication with the team (either by email feature or chat feature). You can also communicate direct with individuals through the chat. - DO NOT update schedules through the app, everything comes downhill from the website. If changes need to be made, contact your age coordinator. - Once uniforms are assigned, please enter in numbers next to each player. This will be helpful for other teams when scoring via integrated Game Changer - Coaches AA and above will still have to enter scores and pitch counts into the website direct (more on this later) - Its possible not all contacts from the website are imported. If a direct family member is not listed under the players contacts in the app, click to add family member and include email address. (they will have access to the chat)
